This clever and charmingly odd dark comedy takes us through the highs and lows of modern dating in increasingly unhinged but genuinely understandable ways. Iris (Molly Gordon) knows that she and Isaac (Logan Lerman) are made for each other, and she’ll do anything to get him to see it as well. Writer-director Sophie Brooks crafts a deeply entertaining romp, drawing viewers into hilarious scenarios where misunderstandings and good intentions slowly spiral out of control. A fun ride all the way through, the film is simultaneously kooky and endearing but deeply relatable — because we all know dating can make us all a little crazy.—Faridah Gbadamosi
